1. Customer Support Representative

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Job Summary: As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist with account inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
    • Resolve customer issues with a high level of professionalism.
    • Track and document customer interactions in our CRM system.

  • Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Marketing Manager
